Have stayed here for 3 or 4 nights, 3 times over the last 5 weeks for business in 2 different rooms. Rooms were clean and warm, bedding and towels changed daily. food good. the chef cant cook steaks and they were poor quality. The chef who was also the manager has a major attitude problem she has no idea how to deal with the public.. WONT BE BACK!! More

My residents were at the Auld Mill House for lunch and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It's sometimes hard pleasing 24 people but not one person had a complaint about their meal!! which is a FIRST :-) Food was fresh and hot, staff were very accomodating and helpful. Room was very inviting and nicely decorated. Will definately be back. More

It's somewhat unfair by one reviewer so far to compare this B & B with a Travelodge; the latter is a hotel, not a B & B !! Food is exceptional , huge portions all home cooked to order. Basic accomodation and little bar. Full of contractors staying there while they away working. If you are looking for great food and homely atmosphere then its for you. More

Stayed here on business, on arrival it looked ok- away from main road. When i got into the room there was a soaking wet towel laying in the shower & what looked like dog hair all over the chair, propably from the last occupant. the room had not been cleaned, even the floor looked shabby.
