Erlend was good enough to collect us from the railway station. We had a very pleasant 2 night stay. I particularly enjoyed the many objets d'art, and weird doohickies. Number 2 was a perfect base for exploring "tourist" Edinburgh. Breakfast was a beautifully presented fine dining experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend this b and b to family and friends.

As everyone else has said - interesting and quirky rooms, great and amiable hosts, superb breakfasts and a wonderful location. Convenient for Princes St, castle, old town, theatres and cinema. We will be back, hopefully for longer.

An enjoyable 2 night stay. Great breakfasts. Only issues are not in Erlend's control.....Parking. $85 for two days was unexpected and TV in the rooms would be good.. Still a good stay.
