This is a very nice B&B about a 15 minute walk from the Scott Memorial on Princes Street. The breakfast is excellent, and the woman who runs it all, Jasmine, is efficient and nice. Will stay again. More

My friend and I fancied a weekend away in Edinburgh without spending the earth, large city centre hotels were out so looked at B@Bs.We paid £75 per night location was great, room and en-suite decidedly average.The place is ready for a facelift and rooms looked much better on web site than in reality. We stayed here for two days in August. Jasmine is very friendly and runs a clean and efficient B&B. The room (with en suite) was just right for two adults and the breakfast was tremendous. A quiet and attractive street, easy walking distance to downtown. Good value for a capital city. More

We stayed for two nights. The location was a bit of a walk from the Royal Mile, but that didn't bother us as we love to sightsee on foot.
