My boyfriend and me spent two nights in this guesthouse in may 2012. After spending various B&Bs throughout the country during our round trip we must say the stay in Edinburgh was the least pleasant. The room was nice an clean and the dining room was also very nice. However the atmosphere in the house was somewhat cold. We were... More

We booked the family room (for 4 people) and was suprised by the grandeur of the room, with its large bay windows and fireplace. The room was far too... More

We stayed in the family suite; it was very comfortable. The owners are super friendly and their breakfast- phenomenal. I'm sorry we only stayed one night. More

Imagine classiness! Add in an overflowing breakfast spread! Top it all off with warm hospitality! After a four night stay, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. Just a 20-minute bus trip from the Edinburgh town center, we were conveniently located to good times! More

Stayed here for one night in October on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed everything about Ayntree. I usually stay at the larger hotels in the city but the standard of cleanliness and service in some of these bigger hotels often comprise the quality of your stay. I decided to try something different and I'm so glad that I did... More
