“Hawthorne Guest House - Don't bother”

I was on a contract around Queensferry and thought I'd book myself into this bed and breakfast, which I did well in advance. All seemed well until the owner's customer service skills surfaced. B&B in good place and breakfast was great. Owner really nice and helpful, but bed was broken and held up with books, room was dusty and need of a good clean. Dropped some money and had to move bed and found a dirty tissue, loads of dust balls and bits of rubbish. Shower needed a good clean - tiles slightly... More
