When we stayed here in September last year we were shouted at when we asked where to park. Got given a triple room when we'd booked a double, but apparently it's first come first served!! Got told to leave the breakfast table at exactly 9am when we had only sat down at 8:50 because there weren't enough tables for everyone....

The Manager Itziar was very helpful and friendly and her breakfast was lovely especially her scrambled eggs. The location was good close to bus service to city. We have stayed at a lot worse for the price and we understand they were undergoing upgrades but it was still very nice
