Stayed for 1 night and wished we'd been able to stay for longer. Cannot fault Kingsburgh House at all. Our room was great especially as we received an unexpected upgrade to a room with 4 poster bed. Wine / beer was on offer when we arrived, along with complimentary sherry, bottled water and chocolates in the room - as well as... More

Husband and wife run. At first look it may be your typical B&B however stepping through the front door we were amazed at how welcoming we our first meeting was. All inclusive, free bottle of port (in room sampling), 2 bottles of water and scattered on the bureau several wrapped chocolates. the room was well appointed with a leather couch... More

Booked a last minute trip here and were not disappointed. We stayed in the Kingsburgh room. The 4 poster bed was huge, extremely comfortable, and the room was really spacious and immaculately clean. We had a lovely welcome and were greeted with a lovely glass of wine and nibbles. Great location too with regular bus service into the city centre.... More

Greeted with a warm welcome on arrival and offered complimentary drinks whilst Alan gave us brochures & information on Edinburgh. The dining room is welcoming with a roaring fire, high ceilings, rich drapes and very ornate in design. Our room had everything you could want, tea, coffee, biscuits, whisky, chocolates, etc.. The bathroom provided a basket of vanity treats, sewing... More
