A comfortable bed and breakfast within walking distance of Princes Street. Very reasonable rates. Good breakfast. The proprietors are friendly and helpful. Basic rooms but clean and well organised. What more could you ask for when visiting the Scottish capital?

Reasonably central location, decent standard rooms, good hearty breakfast and friendly proprietors & staff. I would stay here again (though not in February!) There are 2 decent restaurants opposite, a chemist shop and the bright lights of Downtown Metropolitan Edinburgh are only 15 minutes away on foot (up what seems like the North Face of the Matterhorn's Little Brother!)

I loved this B&B. Delicious hot breakfast served quickly and personally. Personal attention, family owned. I did not think the room was the small. It was actually average sized and nice. Very lovely.

This is a very nice hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Edimburg's center. Rooms are small but renovated, in a quite area. Full breakfast is served. We had singles for 40 pounds including Breakfast!
