Premier Inn provide a consistent quality throughout all of the hotels we have visited. I was once again part of a 13 strong biking club and from the first contact at Reception to the final checkout we received a professional and courteous service. For what many consider is a budget hotel they surpass our expectations. The receptionist took time to... More

We stayed here during our tour to Scotland, rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable for stay. Location was great for passengers travelling at airport. I would recommand it for travellers with day journey as its quite relaxing and peaceful. Good value of money.

This is the worst ever hotel as far as Premier inn is concerned. Rooms are cold n there is no lift, away from city centre.. only good thing is there is a tesco next to it..i would not recommend this hotel . pay 10-20 extra and get a better hotel.

We booked for two nights but left after one - thank goodness for the good night sleep guarantee!! A very old building with uneven floors and a maze of corridors. High ceiling end rooms look good but hard to warm, no secondary glazing and an ineffective, small wall heater which wouldn't stay on all night. The bathroom was lovely and... More

Hotel needs a good overhaul. The new manager was as helpful as she could be under the circumstances and told us she had only been there a very short time and already had notified the management on several problems.

We stayed or 3 night for our trip to Edinburgh. Ask for room 106 great room. A large room and very quiet. Clean rooms as always. We picked this hotel because of the good bus service into the city. The £3:50 per person for a day ticket is good value. We had breakfast and all our evening meals at attached... More

Stayed here for one night on a business trip. Picked it due to price and location being near to Parliament. We had room 6 on the ground floor. Room was clean and bright with plenty of space, but being on the ground floor and on the main corridor to Reception we heard the fire door closing during the early hours... More

I did not enjoy my stay here. Room 120 was poor. There is a large skylight which is uncovered and so the light will wake you at 0430..There was a persistent noise coming from the bathroom...this was reported but not rectified. There are only a few irons and ironing boards...not what l expect at a Premier Inn where people stay... More

Stayed here last week for a holiday with my elderly parents. I phoned ahead to check if my parents were in a ground floor room and spoke to Natalie who was fantastic and sorted everything out for us. Upon arrival Natalie and Carmen were on duty and were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is an older building with no... More
