Although not fancy, this was a perfect hotel - terrific location, incredible prices, very accommodating staff. Very easy to get around Edinburgh from here (hop on, hop off buses stop close by). Six of us stay at the Lauriston Place Hotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, bedrooms clean and the location was excellent.
