We stayed at the glasshouse in April. Overall the place was clean and tidy. Reasonably well appointed, but we paid a ridiculous price compared to other places we'd stayed in Scotland and compared to those this had less facilities and in-room comforts. Hunt around a bit because there is most likely something a bit more special in the area. More

This boutique hotel is well situated near the east end of Princes street at the top of Leith Walk. Our suite (we were upgraded!) was extremely comfortable, and the very large veranda was a bonus (the weather prevented us from using it!). Afternoon tea in the snug was delicious, and there was a complimentary decanter of Talisker in our room. More
