Cosiest white linen beds, fluffy towels, modern/chic decor, superb staff, great coffee making in room facility and quality complimentary products. Always enjoy my stay here. Staff can't do enough for you including calling restaurants to let them know if you're delayed.

Overall a very good stay, reception was quick and efficient. Views overlooking the city are amazing at night. The honesty bar is a nice touch although the price of some of the items is a bit above what you'd expect to pay, unless it was made by unicorns.

I stayed here recently, I absolutely could not fault my stay, from the lovely reception and door staff to the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Even though the renovation work was still in progress it didn't make any difference. The level of service is simply brilliant.
