Premier Inn Haymarket has central location for all travellers. However the streets around are very busy and noisy. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Fast and uncomplicated check-in process. This is a very busy hotel to say the least! However, the staff are fantastic, check in as swift and pain free with plenty of advice about where to go and what to do from the staff. We booked a family room from India. We were given room 121. The window was broken and there was a cold draught right through our stay in the hotel between 11th and 13th May. We asked for help. The maintenance did a hack job of it. Had to toil through the nights. All the desk did was tell "sorry"! Sad!!

Very handy for Haymarket Station, also has a bus stop to Princes Street right at the door.Big, clean, bright, very comfortable beds, friendly professional staff. Does what it says on the tin! (but too much purple)

Hotel is walkable to all attractions, shopping, castle and old town as well as theatres. Parking is secure and available for 8per day. Staff could not be more helpful especially when sorting out how to get to Fort William.
