The view was great and certainly added to our enjoyment. Room was of adequate size for a city centre hotel. Ours was extremely hot though, but I found the fan on the... More

We visited here for our honeymoon. The reception is actually located on the first floor up a spiral staircase which I can see why people wouldn't like this The staff were always friendly. We were upgraded to a castle view room which definitely had a wow factor to it. Breakfast was self service. Ranging from cereal, toast, etc to a... More

The hotel is situated a short walk from the main railway station where the Airport express busses also drop-down. With great views overlooking the Castle you can enjoy a good breakfast in the dining room. It is close to all the City Centre attractions. However, the roadworks outside will be continuing until 2014 so you cannot get anywhere near with... More

My husband and I have just returned from our weekend stay. The room we had was on the front, with amazing views. It was clean and comfortable. However, I do have a couple of negative points. Whist waiting to check out one of the girls completely ignored us, she was obviously busy doing something on the computer, but an explanation... More

The hotel has a great situation if you are travelling by public transport. It is a 5-10 minute walk up the hill from Waverley Station and just around the corner from the AirLink bus service to the airport. The tram construction works are outside the hotel. There are no public car parks really close to the hotel. The entrance to... More

The hotel is in an excellent location, near the airport bus stop and train station. They serve a good breakfast but starts a bit late. I was in a single-bed room in the last floor (7th), small and a bit old, but well maintained. More
