We only stayed one night (unfortunately). The house is very cosy, the room well set up, bright and warm. The bed comfortable and the bathroom small but very good. The breakfast was good and the hosts (Lizzie and Gary) very warm and helpful. We strongly recommend it and will surely return the next time we go to Edinburgh. More

We chose this B&B based on Tripadvisor reviews and it's all true. Very clean, cozy B&B with new furniture and bathroom. The location is good, onyl a couple of bus stops away from the city. The hosts are really friendly and gave great recommendations for pubs, restaurants and daytrips. The nearby Salisbury Arms pub is a must! More
