This hotel does not deserve a 5 star at all. Very pricey therefore you would expect excellence in all domains. The breakfast was good. Decor is tired. We had a nice 3 night stay at the Howard. Maybe the only negative thing was that our terraced suite was more like a basement suite... It was in the basement and that's why quite dark.
