Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 2011, great value, very central to Castle about 10 mins walk.Apartment hallway is a bit run down and old hashioned and had a very strong smell of indian cooking.Apartment itself was old fashioned with heavy embossed wallpaper and consisted of a bathroom with plenty of hot water.Sitting room had a table & chairs,... We found these apartments in a random Google search and I'm glad we did! Very comfy, very quiet and only a short walk to Edinburgh Castle. They are self-contained, so no room service or pool or any of the usual hotel perks, but it suited us just fine as we are fairly low key anyway. The rooms are quaint and... More
