“Look somewhere else”

Firstly, this rating isn't a reflection of the people at 19 Meadow Place because they were lovely. However our stay wasn't the best. The house is a very nice 19th Century (i think) house that sits just outside of the city centre, it's about a 15 minute walk into the Royal mile which was brilliant. The poor part mainly comes... We stayed 3 x nights during the Fringe Festival, and this property and the hosts were amazing. They had so much local knowledge and the home was overlooking the beautiful Meadows which is only a 2 min walk to the city centre. Definately recommend this property to any travellers, as you have the top floor to yourself and your own... More

We decided to go to Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival so we totally expected high prices for accomodation. Not only was 19 Meadow place expensive but it was way below expectations. No toilet paper, only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, no cleaning of the room during your stay, not so friendly owner. The owner's only question to us was when... More
