We accidently stayed here as we were meant to be in the Ravenous Beastie across the road and they overbooked and bumped us. We could not have been more pleased in the end! The decor is old and touristy and could probably do with an update, but the rooms were clean and tidy and the views were amazing! The next... More

Stayed in Room 5, which is a family room. Large room that can take a double and 2 singles. The furniture though seemed to be squashed around the double and as there was only 2 of us, I felt we were squashed too! ( I should say to be fair, I hate going into family rooms) The furniture is of... More

Very nice view and perfect English breakfast! Oherwise needs a little refreshments as far as rooms and communs are concerned, but it is clean. A strong smell of cleaning products is present. Staff is very good so this compensates the rest. If you book well in advance a reduction of the room's price is possible, ask for it. The music... More

Nice hotel. Very, and I mean VERY, friendly staff. Very good baby bed available. Cooked breakfast was among the best I had. Our room (room 1) offered an incredible view of the bridges. Reasonable prices (GBP 85 for two and a baby per night). Little downside: We stayed nights of Fri and Sat and the music (I assume from the... More

This is a lovely b&b with a stags head on the wall, tartan carpets and really friendly service. There is parking out the back just for guests. The town is right on the waters edge with a variety of places to eat and drink and the views are amazing. Breakfast in the morning was great, we had cereal, toast, as... More

Me and my wife were invited to a wedding in South Queensferry (right next door in the Orroco Resturant/Bar), but to stay there was £150 a night for a double room, which was well out of our budget. I simple search on google found us the Staghead Hotel and at £75 a night for a double room it was perfect!... More

Old hotel right on the Firth of Forth under the two bridges. We were on the top floor with a fantastic view. Tea and coffee in the room, we could take our dog with us. Good breakfast.
