Stayed for two nights in January. I stumbled upon it walking around and could not be happier. The lady who owns it as incredibly nice and made a phenomenal breakfast. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Dundee.

We stayed here on an overnight trip to St Andrews (a golf tournament was on, so more convenient accomodation was not available). The room was comfortable - not luxurious. The breakfast was plentiful - not top notch. The land lady/owner was extremely friendly and helpful - and that, for me, is a real big plus.

Our room was a lovely front double bedroom. Large high ceilings and plenty of room. The whole place was spotless. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Location very good just a short stroll to centre - we took our bikes. Parking on street outside hotel.

A terrific, Spotless Guest house and a great welcome --- thanks Front bedroom was a great size, one double bed and a single bed, En-suite was also a good size and all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good -- and at a time to suit you. we would highly recommend.

Good value guest house. Friendly owner who works hard to make your stay enjoyable. some rooms are not en suite. Full breakfast if you wish. Fairly centrally placed about half mile from centre. Parking easy and free in residential street outside.

Lovely owner, very welcoming. Room which was a family room, two adjoining rooms with ensuite, was immaculate. Two options for breakfast, continental or traditional cooked - both lovely. You are asked the night before what time you would like breakfast and what option you would prefer, AND what time you would prefer, excellent if you have to be at an... More

Had a lovely overnight stay on Friday, good clean comfortable room. The owner was so helpful and very caring. A must to go back to.

Nice and clean guest house , clean room, good bed ,quiet location, lovely bathroom. The landlady is a real character and will stay there again when in Dundee.

Stayed there 3 nights, the rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. the owner very friendly, breakfast good with nice fresh cofffee. Easy walking distance to the city centre 20 max. would definately stay there again.
