I have stayed in a few b+bs in moffat as i do a lot of work in the area, roseberry house was recommended by a friend,have to say great nights sleep,great food and made very welcome,also plenty of off road parking. i shall look no further than roseberry in future trips.

We stayed here at the end of June 2011 for two nights. 4 adults in 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice modern bathrooms in each of our rooms with showers, and nice big beds. Spent the weekend in the b&b with my partner and son. Excellent sized and clean rooms. Great showers in the en suite bathrooms. Lovely breakfast with friendly company too get you set for the day. We have stayed twice in the bed & breakfast and once in the luxurious self catering apartment. The accommodation is excellent, spacious, comfortable and for those staying B&B, topped off with an excellent breakfast! Nothing is too much trouble and we love staying there. Moffat is surrounded by hills, excellent for walkers. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back!
