Very good location with its own car park. Was made to feel welcome. Bedroom was cosy but not too warm. Room well equipped with everything you need. Everything spotless clean. Super breakfast well cooked. Will definitely book to stay again.

Lovely place to stay,very clean and tidy.very friendly and an excellent breakfast. Very near to town centre with a good private car park outside the guest house, would recommend this to anyone,if I'm in Dumfries again I would stay here.
