We were down for the Selkirk sevens and a friend booked us in here. The owners are new to the hospitality business but you wouldn, t know it. They made us lmmediately at home in a very comfortable hotel , great room with en suite ,great food and good old fashioned Scottish hospitality. Well done the Shiel family.

All of our rooms are spacious and comfortably decorated and come with all the conveniences you would expect from a Country Hotel. All but one of our rooms are en-suite and we do have a separate bathroom with a bath, which is ideal for golfers/walkers who have had a hard day on the hills.The Scottish Borders contains some amazing produce and we consider ourselves lucky to have it all on our doorsteps! From the beautiful succulent Beef and Lamb, to the amazing Fresh fish from Eyemouth, we do our best to ensure the real quality of these ingredients shines through.Our hand- picked wine list compliments our menu perfectly, along with an ever changing selection of some of the best Scottish Ales and Malt Whiskies.
