Just had 5 day stay here,our third visit.As before the room met our needs and had been recently refurbished with new furniture.There was constant hot water and a modern T.V. “A really enjoyable short break”

Recently returned from a 3 day brek at this hotel which we booked a couple of days before going. We had a really hot and sunny weekend so were a bit surprised that the heating was still on in corridors and the bar. “Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in !!”

Room was horrible disgusting dirty needs a good clean . Shower looked like the ceiling was going to fall in . The shower had mould round the skirting the wall above the toilet was brown with dampness . The wallpaper was peeling off Just not enjoyable to stay in . How they can rent that room out beats me!!

just back after an excellent stay in waverly castle hotel .paid extra for upgrade room very comfortable .all toiletries supplied and large bathtowels lovely !.room 110 was huge nice and warm bed . chocolates and fruit also bottled water made our stay very special . bravo to james the entertainer first class night would definatly go back especally room 110...
