Very friendly, family run establishment. Rooms were clean and well maintained and an adequate size. Owner made us feel very welcome and was happy to help with anything we needed. I stayed at the Osmond guest house for a few weeks when I moved to the area through work. True it could do with a bit of money spent on it but its basically ok. The rooms were clean and all were equipped with digital tvs (3 of the 5 rooms are en-suit). I didn't have a bad nights sleep... More

We booked via the net as the b&b we would have liked to stay in was fully booked.I would say this place is OK for workers not for tourists.Our booking was confirmed as having two rooms one en suite for our lady traveller.
