Genuine sea views. Very friendly and attentive owner. Decor faded but rooms clean. Breakfast hearty. I wanted somewhere decent at a good price and this was spot on.

I've stayed here twice ,once 2 years ago and again a few days ago .On both occassions I've found it to be lovely B&B .Fabulous views of Oban .Tasty breakfast ,especially the pancakes .Sarah was very helpful .I would have no hesitation in recommending it .handy parking available at back of B&B .
