Stayed recently for 3 nights with golf buddies. We paid £ 35 per night b&b which was great value. Breakfast was adequate. Appearance from outside and interior furniture/decor needs a facelift. first class hotel overlooking the links course at Carnoustie. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good quality food, nice leisure facilities. recently taken over by the Bespoke Hotel Group. Good value for money break
