The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Robert came out to the car when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The room was very nice and the bathroom too. It is a 5 minute drive into the village where you will find a couple of restaurants and pubs. I travelled to Carnately Lodge with my mum and... More

Fantastic base for a great holiday. The house is set back from the road and really quiet. Robert and Trevor felt like long lost friends and treated us like royalty. Nothing was too much, cup of tea, No problem. Something special for breakfast, no problem. Local advice, no problem. Thank you guys for a superb stay.

My partner and I stayed at Carnately Lodge for two nights on our first visit to Northern Ireland and could not have been better place. Carnately Lodge is warm, comfortable and the hosts were attentive to our every need. The bed was one of the most comfiest that I have ever slept in and the room and bathroom were equally... More

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights while touring Northern Ireland. Our room, on the ground floor, was very large, spotlessly clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom, too, was enormous, with great amenities. The owners, Robert and Trevor, provided us with plenty of information about the local area. We are animal lovers, and were delighted... More

Very welcoming hosts, unpretentious in style, and a beautiful setting looking out over the glen. A great alternative to staying in the township, with a short drive into the Central Wine Bar for dinner (a must do!). Breakfasts were fabulous, and hosts were friendly and accommodating to our early starts (to go walking along the Antrim Coast). Our room was... More

Thank you Guys for your review. It is amazing that it takes 6 months to put one on Tripadvisor. In relation to the idea that the bathroom is small with an incredibly small shower is pure rubbish. We recently received 4 Star NITB rating and the inspector stayed in the same room as yourselves without complaint. Maybe Australians need more... More

The previous reviews of this cosy B&Bnear Ballycastle were not exaggerated at all. Robert and Trevor could not do any more to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms are cosy and stylish, beautiful oak furniture, very comfy beds. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, can recommend the yogurts anytime. A real treat .

A modern B&B about a mile outside Ballycastle. Comfortable well-equipped rooms, excellent breakfasts - grilled, not fried, for healthiness. The hosts were friendly and informative.

Trevor, Robbie and Bruce the dog run a fantastic B&B just on the outskirts of Ballycastle. The accommodation itself is very clean and modern. Breakfast (which is served in a lovely conservatory room with views of the glen) is superb, all locally sourced, high quality products with a range of cooked options, all grilled rather than fried. We had smoked... More

Booked this B&B for one night only and came away wishing we had booked it for longer. On our arrival we were greeted by Robert and shown to our very comfortable room. It was spotless and had everything we needed in it. The bathroom was immaculate and had plenty of towels. Bottles of water were provided along with a chocolate... More

This was the first B&B we stayed at in Ireland and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Trevor was very friendly and hospitable. The custom made breakfast was fantastic. Everything from the juice and yogurt to the eggs, salmon, bacon, etc. was all delicious.
