Stayed here for our first anniversary as we were out in Belfast for dinner and to sample a few of the new bars, and we had a great time. Our room was a few floors up and at the front of the hotel but we had no issue with any noise. The room was a great size, with a lovely... More

I went to Belfast for work and decided to stay in a place which was different than the usual soulless business hotels. Malmaison turned out to be a very good choice. Centrally located with amazing food served at a cosy yet elegant restaurant. My room was quite dark and could have been too dark for some people but there was... More

We were lucky enough to spend about 5 days in Belfast after a trip from Japan. It was the perfect place for us to wind down and relax and adjust to our new surroundings. We had a smallish group of about 15 people which can, at times, present problems. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted at the... More

Gorgeous old building in a perfect spot near shops, pubs, restos, and Titanic Museum...but it has seen better days and appears worn and tattered and dark. Breaky was very good...bar was lively at night...but front desk/concierge was weak and unwelcoming. Overall underwhelming...yet functionally good value.

I've stayed here a number of times and it is a trendy boutique type hotel. We were going to a concert in the odyssey and it's location is perfect. Less than 10mins walk. Afterwards we came back to the bar, £15.80 for two small (175mls) glasses of red wine!!! What a joke.

This hotel has no insulation between rooms. Last night heard every noise from room above. Am now awake listening to tv from next door, since 5am, having changed rooms yesterday. Others in our party have also had to change rooms due to noise.

Really liked the uniqueness and individuality go Malmaison, like its sister hotels in this chain and Hotel de Vin, it appeals tote senses on all levels. It can take a little while in the morning when you wake up to get your bearings. Would recommend I as a 'different' romantic get away, great location for the Titanic Quarter as well... More

Stayed here one night with a friend, on the Friday "Cocktail & Dreams" package. Due to long travelling time & needing a cuppa and a rest before hitting the shops, we were delighted to learn our room was ready when we arrived to dump our bags at 11am! Of course this isn't the case all the time, just it happened... More

I had a one night business stay in Belfast and this hotel was booked by the firm without my involvement. Check in experience was good with a friendly Irish welcome. The room was very large with an excellent bed - one of the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel. The furnishings were comfortable and in part somewhat lavish.... More
