Our daughters treated us to Sunday lunch and an overnight stay in the Samson suite. The food was fantastic and served by a very polite and professional lady called Elaine. The only downside was the price of the drinks but this would not stop us from returning,we are planning our next trip.

This hotel is ultra Chic and has a cocktail list to die for.... My wife and I stayed here during a concert night at the Waterfront Theatre and were very impressed with the high levels of service, you are able to chose from a number of eating areas all offering good quality food, whilst washing it all down with any... My husband and I stayed here on 12th May for a 1 night B and B plus evening meal offer (£179) On arrival we were greated by friendly staff. Our room was a superior suite which was tastefully decorated with good tea and coffee making facilities, full mini bar and nice bathroom. We had our meal booked for 7.30pm so... More

The hotel is central for all attractions on a main road ,we had a lovely room at the back where there is no traffic noise, breakfast was very good freshly cooked for you and an excellent cold buffet.

The room was very good, and quite large (we upgraded to the room with the king-sized bed), but it was on the main road, and that road is *loud*. Not for light sleepers. But if you're not a light sleeper, this place is great! Just a hop and a skip from everywhere in Belfast that you'd like to be, without... More

Was expecting alot when we booked in here for a 2 night stay. Its small. You only realise this when you arrive! The rooms are small, but nicely appointed, flat screen tv, crisp bed linen, good comfortable beds. We had dinner in the restaurant one of the evenings & to be honest it was not great, if its not included,... More

Lovely hotel, nice room etc, but ordered a club sandwich at £9 when I settled the bill there was a £2.50 tray charge and a 90p service charge added................... and I tipped the waitress. Outrageous extras read the small print on the menu. Don't get caught out like me!!!

Stayed here while visiting family. Was surprised that in the hallways the walls and doors were very scuffed and tired looking. Also, my boyfriend is a light sleeper and didn't sleep well as we overlooked the back of a bank that had loud server fans running all night. Food was good and the staff were very friendly.
