Lovely hotel, nice room etc, but ordered a club sandwich at £9 when I settled the bill there was a £2.50 tray charge and a 90p service charge added................... and I tipped the waitress. Outrageous extras read the small print on the menu. Don't get caught out like me!!!

Stayed here while visiting family. Was surprised that in the hallways the walls and doors were very scuffed and tired looking. Also, my boyfriend is a light sleeper and didn't sleep well as we overlooked the back of a bank that had loud server fans running all night. Food was good and the staff were very friendly.
