We stayed here for one night as part of our Paddywagon Tour (10 day all Ireland, highly recommended). After our Black Taxi Tour (also recommended), we were taken to the "neutral district". Some of our fellow travellers were staying in the hostel here and the rest in the B & B across the street. For some reason, us and one... More

I read the reviews after booking and have to admit I was a little apprehensive after reading ... I had no need. We arrived quite late in the evening but were met by the warmest of welcomes. Our triple room was spacious, warm and spotlessly clean. The ensuite was roomy and similarly spotless. The comfortable beds gave us the best... More

Lovely little B&B, we stayed for 2 days when working nearby. Breakfast was just what we needed. The owner couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner was rude to us and his staff. They serve breakfast until 9am weekdays and 9.30 on Weekends...what a joke. I wished I had stayed in bed for it anyway as the only mercy is that the portions were miserable. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish.

It's getting on in years and it's pretty basic but the car was securely parked, we slept well and breakfast met our needs. No complaints. And just around the corner is "the Bot" serving great value evening meals.

We booked The Marine as all our usual haunts were booked out for the weekend. We found this B&B online and booked, not having read any reviews about it. When we arrived the old guy who ran it greeted us and he was really pleasant and i thought that the stay would be fine. However, the rooms were freezing and,... More

The rooms are spacious, clean and have nice high ceilings. The staff is pretty quiet but friendly enough. I have stayed at B&B's all over Ireland and the breakfast was as good as anywhere else. For the convenience of parking, location, and quality, this is a great place to stay for a no-frills traveler.

A more accomodating host you could not wish for. Clean, tidy and homely surroundings. Value for money and a hearty breakfast to send us on our way. We would happily recommend this to anyone. Sol & Kate.

This is a lovely house, inside and outside. I stayed in a small room on the top floor just this past weekend. For this smaller room it was only £40/night. Colleagues of mine stayed at Days Hotel and didn't have as nice a rest and breakfast as I had, for double the price. The owner was lovely, and I enjoyed... More
