What can I say....its all been said before!.......finding suitable, clean and comfortable accommodation can be a daunting task for holiday or short stay purposes and is a gamble not knowing what you have booked. My short stay here this week dispelled all that. Truly home from home. A lovely friendly couple, warm and welcoming. You are a star Donna and... More

Don't know why Roseleigh Guest House is not ranked No. 1! We have been returning for years - it's just like home from home. Everything is 'spot on!' Donna and James are like 'old' friends. The breakfasts are AMAZING! It is/they are 'simply the best'.

Stayed for 8 night at this warm, clean, specious, homey, and comfortable B&B. Big portion of delicious breakfast with a good list choices. The best ulster fry I've ever had! Donna and James had been very hepeful the whole time I was there. The neighbourhood was very safe, quiet, I felt no danger at all while walking back to the... More

Stayed for one night while visiting Belfast for a family party. Donna gave us a warm welcome on arrival and showed us to our rooms, which were large, very comfortable and absolutely spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable. The whole house was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of tourist information if you wanted it. There was a guest lounge... More

Very warm and welcoming, and so helpful. Very comfortable stay and one of the best B&B breakfasts I have ever had - beautiful scrambled egg & smoked salmon! Room tidy and stylish and the room I had at the front of the house had a lovely bay window. Traffic noise was almost non existant. Would definately recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed a wonderful two nights at Roseleigh House hosted by Donna and James. Both Donna and James are wonderful hosts and are a fountain of information. We were advised of the excellent public transport a few blocks away and various local eating establishments as well as various historical/tourist sites. The accommodation was clean, quiet and very comfortable all complemented by... More

We recently stayed four nights at Roseleigh House B&B and it turned out to be the best B&B we stayed in while in Ireland. Donna and James are great hosts, very willing to provide advice on travel or local amenities or to help with any way. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! The bus service from... More

This has to have been the best B and B we have ever stayed in. Donna and James are the perfect hosts and made us so welcome; our room was quiet, very clean, modern and the bed very, very comfortable. Breakfasts offered a terrific selection and the food was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning... More

Who wouldn't want to stay at a B&B in Belfast that is decorated with warm, inviting colors and details, provides yummy, filling, delicious breakfasts and is hosted by a couple (Donna & James) who are extremely kind, helpful, generous and of loving service to their guests? The neighborhood is also lovely and quiet and Ormeau Park, with a magnificent variety... More
