Stayed for 2 nights, b&b while attending a course. I was very impressed by the helpful, friendly staff - everyone I encountered was lovely! The check-in and -out process was very quick and painless. The room - an Executive room - was roomy, immaculately clean and very well-appointed. Very minor points - the handle was hanging off the bath and... More

Stayed here many times and never disappointed. Staff, decor and food are fabulous and its in a great location. My only minor upset is that I wish the internet was free, but I filled in the comments form and the Hotel manager personally wrote back to me to explain. I always recommend the Europa, and will not stay anywhere else... More

Stayed one night bed breakfast and evening meal with my sister to celebrate her birthday. Massive big thanks to James Green for upgrading us to a junior suite - which was amazing. Suite was beautiful and clean, bed huge and so comfy. Customer care was so very impressive, we really felt our custom was appreciated and all staff so very... More

Came here on Friday evening out with friends, I was really impressed with the customer care in the Europa. My friend was in crutches after recent knee surgery and Hugh the conseirge was extremely helpful, kind and pleasant, escorting my friend from the front door to the restaurant and then later to the piano bar ensuring we had seats and... Stayed at Europa to celebrate our 5th anniversary and from start to finish everything was perfect!! Our room was amazing, pristinely clean, beautiful decor & what a bed!!! So comfortable! We only had breakfast in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there was plenty of people in the restaurant both nights we were there. All staff... More

I was fortunate to re visit this splendid hotel, having stayed in many of the city's other great hotels. The Europa constantly beats them all, due mainly to the team and their total commitment to the guest. The best breakfast ever, but still cant quite make the porridge with Irish whiskey. I will return Hopefully -thank you

Stayed last weekend while out with a group of friends. On entering a sense of grandeur takes over with the concierge bidding good afternoon and the staff so friendly yet polite. The lady behind reception was so helpful and professional a real credit to the hotel but didn't catch her name. The gentleman who seemed to be reception manager (andrew)... More

Had a great rate at only £80 for one of their small doubles and paid £10 in advance for a breakfast voucher. Room was compact with a really large shower and one of the comfiest hotel beds that I've ever slept in! Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight- kitchen weren't replenishing hot buffet... More
