Stayed this past weekend and from start to finish everything was amazing. The rooms were very nice with lovely big comfy beds. The location is perfect with a host of eateries and shops along the Lisburn Road on your doorstep. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Little treats left out in the evening for returning guests was a... More

Maryville House was recommended to us by a friend who had eaten there recently. We're always on the lookout for new places to eat so we thought we would give it a go and went for Sunday breakfast. The House has a very homely feel to it - you really feel as if you're wwelking in through someone's front door!... More

Stayed here, with a friend, last night on a deal. On arrival we were glad to park in the secure parking area, loved the buzz of the tea rooms and were offered a choice of 3 rooms! We choose a top floor room that was spacious and nicely decorated. It was spotless and the bed very comfortable. There was a... More

I took my mum along for afternoon tea and we both loved it. We've tried other well known Belfast spots and this was the best afternoon tea - by far. We had our choice of sandwiches - these were clearly freshly made and we felt that this was one of the features which really made it stand out above the... More

We purchased a groupon offer to stay at the Maryville House, and we were very impressed. The decor of this upmarket B&B was beautifully styled and we were very impressed. The room was of an adequate size for the both of us, and spotlessly clean. We had an excellent breakfast in the morning time and the staff were very friendly.... More

I was on a course at this place recently so spent 3 days here. I didnt stay overnight so I cannot comment on the rooms. I noticed the same piece of toilet paper on the stairs for the three days. The place was finally vacuumed on the 3rd day. The bathroom ran out of soap and toilet paper..The food was... More

This was by far the best b&b I have ever stayed in. Im not a usual B&B person as sometimes I feel like I'm encroaching on someones personal place. Maryville was nothing like that. The room was small but perfectly contained. We saw another room which was a lovely size so I guess they vary. From the welcome drinks and... More

I received a grabone voucher as part of my 'Santa Surprises'. My friend and I stayed over this weekend and had the most amazing experience. The staff were extremely kind and were very professional in their approach to guests. We were given all the information we needed without having to ask and were treated like old friends. Our room was... More

I didn't stay here but dropped in with a friend for lunch. It was a Friday afternoon and the place was busy, which shows the popularity of the tearooms. We both had sandwiches, coffee and some traybakes and the bill came to £14.30 for two. The bacon and brie with mango chutney sandwiches were the best I have ever had.... More

This was the fourth time in two years my family have visited the Maryville Tea Rooms for Afternoon Tea. The price for one for an Afternoon Tea has gone uo circa 50p from last year, but the portions have halved in size. If there are two of you, then you can save a few pennies by having the tea for...
