Looked forward to this weekend break for ages and couldn't book anywhere else because everywhere booked out so close to Christmas. So we booked this room with shared bathroom facilities. Couldn't have swung a cat in the room so got a taxi into the town to go shopping. Came back to get ready for night out, room freezing and no... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this B&B together for a weekend. It's located within good distance of Belfast City Centre in a quiet residential area. We were contacted by Aofie the hotels owner prior to arriving who Waiting patiently for our arrival even though our plane was last and we got there at 2130 hrs. After apologising for our... More

Forget the Europa or jury's and stay here. Great location, quiet and easy access into the city. Our room was large, airy and light. The bed was really comfortable and the linen good quality and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and home made. This place is a gem.

My18 year old daughter and I recently spent 8 nights at Sleepy Cedars. We were so happy with everything about the B and B. It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. The hostess. Aoife was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast each morning was great.....and we really enjoyed the home made jam and bread. Our sunny... More

I stayed here for 3 nights -August/Sep 2012 in the attic room with ensuite. Clean ,quiet and comfotable, I wanted for nothing. Breakfast was an ample and tasty affair at a table where all the guests were seated and we swapped impressions of Belfast. The owner of the b &b is a charmer who also teaches violin and piano if... I stayed here for four nights about a year ago. I absolutely loved by large and comfortable room with large windows and bed. The bathroom was nice as well. Location is about a 25-30 minute walk from downtown Belfast, which I did each and every morning and evening. There is a small park with ponds right across the street, which... More

A very welcoming B&B in a quiet suburb of Belfast. Nicely appointed room with everything we needed; including free wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. A friendly welcome from our hostess who offered us useful local information. Breakfast was superb with home-made everything from bananna bread and muffins to home-made baked beans and crostini. We had a car with us so... More

Stayed two nights. Room#1 was super clean, bed super comfy and shared bathroom super clean! Same as the other reviews the breakfast was delicious and enjoyed the homemade jams, butter, bread, and cinnamon sugar! The Bus is a few steps away. Unfortunately we arrived in the Jubilee Holiday so many of the attractions were closed, I felt a bit sick... More
