Good clean hotel, cheap as chips if booked in advance. cant fault it. Lots goin on around it at weekends. A very good base to see the highlights and nite life (eg nothern Whig, social 21, spanaird, duke etc) Odd room had a sink in it but shower room was fine Excellent value and breakfast is fine. More

Had lovely Sat night stay here with my husband and 2 girls aged 5 and 6. Children's menu best I have ever seen eg prawn cocktail for starter, good choice like adult menu. Staff, food, bed all really good. Meal deal brilliant value for adults. Lovely break and room only £29 for the 4 of us!! More

We stayed over a weekend here and found it clean and confortable. Its location was great as only 2 mins from city centre. On this occassion, I would have reservations about the breakfast - needs to be warmer! More
