Really disappointed in this day and age that rooms can look so shabby the mattresses were poor and dirty, the pillows, well what pillows awful,the duvet , well I thought was a sheet! HOWEVER the staff were very pleasant though and the laundry clean, plenty of tea coffee AND it's only one night !!!!
