Couldn't ask for more, booked in advance so got amazing prices, after reading some reviews on here I was beginning to think it might be a mistake, but no it's excellent city centre very close just over footbridge and the bay just a stroll in opposite direction, beds excellent, but then I like a nice firm non saggy bed myself.... Very pleased with stay but matresses on bed could do with being bit thicker, was like sleeping on floor bed was that hard!! :-( Staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was very good. All in all pleased with stay

I stayed in one of the refurbished rooms on the fourth floor. It was basic but spotlessly clean ,the bed firm but I prefer that ,shower with good water pressure,well lit .,TV position was fine. Worst hotel experience ever. Room was cramped, nowhere to dry after a shower unless you step out into the actual bedroom. Tv in a totally stupid position. Breakfast cheap and nasty.
