Simple thing is don't go there. I've never been in such a bad hotel Travelled over the world. And never have I given below 2-3 star marks. I give this 1 only because there is not a zero rating.

we stayed for the rugby weekend ideal location aboat 20 minutes walk from Cardiff city centre very good breakfast great value for money and we will be staying again thanks to the staff very kind and helpful.
