I stayed at Novotel before and certainly will come back. I had an executive rooms and everything was just great, from the size of the room, facilities of the hotel and staff. Had a great experience. Reception staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Stayed with 5 friends for 2 nights (27-29 April). Friendly check-in, large comfortable rooms with large beds with good mattresses and pillows. Lovely clean linen and great bathrooms.
Breakfast was included on or tariff and it was really good.
Some of our group used the pool and thought it was great. Pool water was warm and the Jacuzzi was lovely....

I stay here whenever I can when in Cardiff. On the last three occasions, having booked over the internet as I always do, we have had problems. The first occasion, my booking had mysteriously been cancelled when I arrived although no-one ever explained who or how. Still, I got my room.

I recently enjoyed an excellent stay on a business trip to the city.
The hotel is located pretty well centrally between Cardiff City centre and the attractions of Cardiff Bay. The hotel reception facilities on arrival were bright and contemporary. Although I didn't use the leisure facilities during my stay they looked clean and modern.

We had a trial day for the leisure facilities and lunch in the bar. Both were fantastic. The leisure facilities were spotless and we felt totally relaxed by the time we had our lunch in the bar area. Food was delicious, service excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Good location, easy to find and only a five to ten minute walk to the centre of Cardiff. The £8 overnight car parking fee was worth it as was able to leave the car in the car park for the day after checking out. This was a bonus as parking in Cardiff is expensive .
