Four of us had an excellent stay at The Town House during the Six Nations weekend (Wales V Scotland) 2012. The location is just perfect with a couple of good but quiet bars within easy striking distance.
The walk into town is pleasant and a couple of routes can be taken - one through the park. Takes around 20 minutes just strolling along.
The staff at the Town House are very friendly. A private locked...

Would definitely stay here again. Easy to walk through beautiful Bute park to Cardiff Castle and the city. fairly close to public laundry.
We stayed at The Town House for 2 nights and enjoyed everything about it; the owners, staff, room, breakfast and location were all fabulous. It was great to park the rental car and walk everywhere. We would definitely recommend staying at The Town House in Cardiff, Wales.
A splendid little guest house which we primarily chose for its location as it was nearby to an event we were attending .The room was very well appointed and meticulously clean. The breakfast was tasty and the staff friendly and helpfull.
Nice and comfy place to be when far from home and not on holyday!! The room was clean and well accessorized. The bus stop to reach center town is just at reach Mullins family is super kind and ready to provide what needed; the girls too will help with a great smile, a rare thing to find early in the morning!! ah ah
Having been given tickets late for the rugby we were struggling to find reasonably priced accommodation when we found The Town House and what a lovely find it was.
The owners and staff couldn't do enough for us, there was a car park at the rear of the premises which was an added bonus and the room we were in was large enough to hold a party in!
We were at the front of the...

An older row house transformed into a very pleasant, comfortably furnished, 3-storey walk-up hotel. Our room was small, nothing fancy, but certainly adequate for two. Breakfast was cooked to order and although the breakfast menu was limited and never changed, they would prepare anything we asked for. The location is perfect for walking around the old city of Cardiff and right on a bus route for going further afield. There is even a very decent...

Our party of 3 Heineken-cup fans stayed in the Townhouse last weekend. From start to finish our stay was enjoyable. We found the accommodation very comfortable, convenient to the rugby and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, we will be back..
We have stayed at this B&B before, having tried several in the area. It is ideally situated for walking into town for shopping/concerts, etc. The Beverley pub is situated right opposite and The Cricketers Arms 2 doors away. Despite being near pubs, we didn't find it noisy at night. The rooms are always spotless and there is obviously good attention to detail. We were pleased to see Erika is still working there, as she is...
