Just spent three nights at The Grange. Room was excellent, clean and comfy. Bathroom was a bit tight - but then I'm not small. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was locally sourced and was tasty and hot. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Great car park at the rear of the property. I will be back.

Spacious family room, accomodates four 'adults' in comfort, good value for money. Great location in brecon, with good pub next door, and town centre two min walk Comfy beds, warm rooms, great breakfast, wifi that works, easy parking, whats not to like. And, the beacons walks are only a short drive away, brilliant

We had an excellent 3 night stay at The Grange in Brecon. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The room we had was extremely spacious with a double bed, single bed, 2 armchairs and a separate bathroom. The breakfasts were good and the large car park behind the property was very useful.

Good location for town never stayed here before have stayed in all the hotels in brecon all cost much more and not so good. Very friendly excellent rooms and very good breakfast. Also has its own car park.

I had mixed reviews on The Grange. The rooms were 5/5, comforting, warm and welcoming. However the Breakfast was very poor, the beans tasted like Potatoes, the Sausages tasted like burger? Also, the owner was a lovely man and very friendly, so overall i have mixed views on The Grange some negative however mostly positive.

Situated very near Lon Las Route 8. Friendly and welcoming and bikes are safely stored. Excellent breakfasts.

Like the previous review we also felt very disappointed because we could not rave about The Grange. Perhaps it is best to keep in mind that reviews are for particular rooms and very few get to see the whole set-up. I think the problem with this property was that all the four and five star ratings raised our expectations rather too high. Everything seemed a bit muddled when we arrived and it was distinctly chilly, which didn't get us off to a great start. This was exactly what we were after for a walking/cycling weekend. Owner was helpful, good rate! Would recommend to anyone!
