When we arrived we received a very warm welcome. The guest house was spotless and newly decorated. You couldn't ask for a better place, breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh to order & the proprietors were very helpful & accommodating to our needs, nothing was to much trouble. The location was fantastic and we will definitely be staying there again.

Swn Y Dwr is lovely B&B right in heart of Betws y Coed. The rooms were very comfortable and the B&B overall was extremely clean and well kept. The two proprietors were absolutely lovely as well as being excellent guides to the local area. Couldn't recommend more highly!
