We stayed here with extended family and all the rooms were lovely. The family room was excellent as it had a sitting area with TV sofa, and Table. The children's room was great with a bunk bed and the double room had showerroom off it, compared to other B&B's we have stayed in before as a family, the room was... More

Everything feels right here. The rooms are comfy, the welcome is warm and the breakfasts are generous without being over-fussy! I liked my first stay so much (the Tourist Office earned kudos for recommending them) that I changed my return trip to York so that I could visit again. All I can say is thanks Julie and Tony. I'll be... More

2 of us arrived on motorcycles on Friday the 8th. We had a twin room on the ground floor with lovely views. They also had plenty of parking spaces for the bikes out of site around the back of the property. Julie made us most welcome. At breakfast there was a good selection of cereals and juices etc. The full... More

Good location in the centre of Betws y Coed. Big room with plenty of storage and a big bathroom (although carpet floor - not pleasant). Proprietors very pleasant and helpful and happy to cook an alternative to the full english breakfast. Room clean however dining room felt a bit greasy. Fresh towels every day without having to ask which is... More

Upon arrival they had no recollection of me booking a night there by e-mail, which wasn't exactly a great start. But they still had a room avaliable for me (pure luck, I guess, Betws gets really packed in summer), and I actually paid £5 less than the price quoted in the e-mail correspondence. (I paid £30 for a single ensuite,... More

Clean Bed and Breakfast with excellent breakfasts and powerful showers. Limited Parking but plenty of on street parking available close by. Plesant common room with excellent view. In the middle of the village and only 5 minutes from the station. Very good value for money. Points to note which might be important to some are: 1. Breakfast available from 08:15... More

This B&B is nice and clean, the standard is what you would expect for a 3* rating. The full English breakfast was a generous portion..ideal before a long days hiking. The location of the B&B is ideal for exploring Snowdonia. More

This was my second stay at the Church Hill having been pleasantly impressed with the first one, the place being very clean & tidy and freshly decorated. En-suite shower was standard size... so a bit small. Full-scale English breakfast was filling and tasty; kipper the second day was excellent. Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful - little was... More
