Janis and Chris made us feel very welcome in their home. Breakfast is cooked to order with a good selection. Chris and Janis were very informative about the area and suggested places to visit. We had a lovely weekend More

After a leisurely drive through Wales it was late afternoon and we’d stopped off in Conwy, we’d been touring all day so we decided to stay over rather than drive back home. We used Tourist Information to find our accommodation, the lady there had a confidence about the booking, "I'm not supposed to say too much but you’ll be alright",... More

We were attracted by the reviews on trip advisor; what was on offer fitted most of our requirements, so we booked. We arrived to the expected warm welcome and the smell of baking bread; shown the facilities and taken to our comfortable room. We had a pleasant walk into Conwy for a very good fish and chip special at The... More

From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel very welcome. This is a lovely place to stay, and is ideally located for a walk into Conwy or exploring Snowdonia. The owners, Janis & Chris, who are always helpful and obliging, have created a comfortable, homely and relaxed atmosphere. Having guests sit at a single large table for the delicious... More

This is a lovely place to stay, and well located to walk to the beach or Conwy if you dont want to drive. There is a very comfortable, homely atmosphere which Janis & Chris, the owners, provide and work hard to achieve. Great idea to have one large table which guests sit at for breakfast, where there is a good... More

Without a doubt one of the best we have ever stayed at. Chris and Janis, the proprietors provide a fantastic level of accommodation that cannot be faulted. The house is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished throughout, and is situated in the ideal spot to explore Conwy and the surrounding countryside and coastline. One of the high points is the breakfast,... More

Do not stay here unless you like clutter everywhere. Attention to detail is poor eg the pencil in the bedside table was so blunt it could not be used & the relevant pages had been torn out of the guidebook in the bedroom. Various gadgets no longer worked as worn out batteries had not been replaced. The proprietors decided that... More

We were shocked and disappointed to recieve this report, whilst it is impossible to please everyone all the time, we strive to represent the high grading we've earned and this has been reflected by over 95% of guests over 6 years. Everyone has opinions, but to put them in such a manner does not reflect the high level of attention... More

We were only there for one night but would have been very happy to stay on if possible. Our hosts Chris and Janis were very welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet and we were able to easily walk to a local pub recommended by Chris and Janis for our evening meal. Breakfast... More
