All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms bigger than some of the other Premier Inns that I've stayed in. I happily recommend staying there. The Table Table staff were also very friendly and helpful, however be aware that it seems fairly common that things are not available.

Public paying car park only, had to pay car park fee after 6pm as chrges came into force at 8am. Wi-fi didn't work on android tablet, bedroom had locked connecting door with noisy neighbor, poor value for money, bathroom fan very noisy.

Stayed for two nights to do the North Wales touristy stuff. The hotel was fantastic with very helpful staff, an excellent family room with four beds and plenty of space and a great breakfast. Typical premier Inn excellent room, clean, spacious and well appointed. Clean functional bathroom. No view from this one but hey ho it was no great loss. Excellent location.Friendly staff...ever so helpful.Comfortable clean rooms.Parking facility off site but were informed in advance...free parking though.Walking distance to Caernarfon castle.Central location to other tourist sites.

Room was as expected and location for town centre good. Food services poor. Over cooked steak and burnt but cold burger. Drinks from bar slow. Breakfast selection good but not kept stocked. Eggs were universally over cooked and other food not piping hot. Lack of toilet rolls in ladies and lack of urgency to correct issues.

We visited Caernarfon Premier Inn the wkend of 27th of April and had a great stay at the hotel. The room was amazingly large for a 3 beded room - we could have fitted another 2 single beds in and have room to move.
