Stayed here for one night mid week on business. Hotel is situated in a good location for the city centre. Room was basic but generally clean, toilet seat loose and light switch for bathroom crackled !! Breakfast was poor, queues, no food ready and no cutlery available. Generally appeared understaffed and a bit tired.

We stayed on a Friday night and found it to be as expected - clean, basic and good value with friendly staff. There was a bit of noise from the seagulls - think they must have a feeding frenzy during the night but it only went on for a while and you could ignore it if you wanted to. Excellent location... Stayed three days. Hotel exactly what you expect. Good value and clean. What was surprising was how pleasant the reception staff were. The location is Ideal with cathedral close and right on Main Street. Try friar street for superb restaurants and bars etc

We chose this hotel mainly because of its location and cheap price. It is right at the bottom of the main high street, opposite the cathedral, and only a 10 minute walk from the Foregate Street train station. A little closer again to the Crowngate bus station. If driving, there is a multi-storey car park attached. We needed to get... More

We stayed in a family room at the Travelodge on a Saturday night. The hotel is in a great central location and the NCP car park is ideal as it's right next door and the hotel will validate your parking ticket so you get a discount on the cost. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and... More

I lived in Worcester for 10 years so chose this hotel when returning for the weekend based purely on location, it has subsidised parking in the multi storey next door and is on the high street so perfect city centre location. We didn't arrive until late in the afternoon but were checked in quickly and the staff were welcoming. The... More

I've stayed here 3 times before, most recently from the 15th-17th of April. The room was tidy but I did notice so blonde hairs on the floor and also it took ages for a member of staff to come and serve at the bar. Way better than another Travelodge I've stayed in.

I occupied 2 rooms, so had a good overview of facilities & my second floor room was shabby. Filthy duvet poking out of cover, kettle battered and stained. There was an awful draft from the window. I was moved to the fourth floor and found it acceptable and what I would expect from a Travelodge. I asked to be moved... More

First things first, Worcester is a great place to stay and I was really looking forward to the prospect of staying in the city centre for a budget price. It's opposite the Cathedral, adjacent to the high street and parking is convenient, although not free. However, the hotel is let down by basic facilities. Our room for instance, the windows... More

A Lovely budget hotel one of the best travelodges for being clean and friendly, no mold in our bathroom, shower and everything worked well, goes without saying it's not the Ritz.. Lovely city and great for cycling. We stayed on the top floor it had a penthouse view of the city and cathedral. However the seagulls squawk, caw, screech and... More
