I have just stopped at the mecure with my friend. We required a twin room, which was in the new annex, The room was adequate enough for our needs. There were tea & coffee facilities, free wi fi if required. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast consisted of a cold buffet and hot buffet, nothing were to much trouble...

Usually stay at this hotel but on this occassion just popped in for a quiet drink, dont bother if that is your plan! If you may want to visit the charming city of Windsor UK , you must go to the Mercure Castle Windsor !!
Only 2 minutes walking from the Royal castle , surrounded by good restaurants and pubs , you'll enjoy your stay
However rooms are a little bit small and bathrooms could be refurbished .great breakfast and nice staff

Firstly the reception staff are just fabulous Kaylee is really lovely welcoming and very attentive. Very impressed with reception.
Room was good
Free wifi worked well
Free parking excellent with fantastic attendant ....he was very helpful
Albert and the food service team were aweful. Second days breakfast had blond hair stuck to my toast which ended up in my mouth....

We stayed in the hotel with our two little girls. staff were friendly very proffessional. they meet all our expection.The priveladge room were big enough for the kids to run around.
