“Family friendly”

Despite looking like a very formal hotel with it's castle like appearance, the Oakley Court was welcoming to families. From the moment we were arrived our children (7 & 10) were engaged by the staff. Flexibility around children's pool hours, a gift bag on arrival and a great kids menu in the bar all made for a comfortable stay.

Booked for my nieces wedding weekend 12th/13th April. Room superb (pillows amazing!) Can never find good ones!! I was given the suppliers details for my own! “Lunch on the terrific terrace!”

We popped in over the weekend of brilliant weather for coffee and decided to sit on the terrace to enjoy the lovely views of the River Thames. Then decided to share a platter of fish and bread. Everything was superb! Staff friendly and courteous. A lovely experience and a walk by the river. Wonderful!

Needed a hotel for 1 night as we were dining at The Fat Duck as a birthday treat for my husband and 2 friends.
