Great location next to the station but sign stated bed and breakfast. AFTER we paid , we was told breakfast comes at an extra costing. Had to ask for cups. No bin. Room dirty. Rooms were reasonably clean if small, and cheap (£45 for a double). Shared toilet and shower facilities - probably what you would expect for the price - were clean and usable. Also very handy for Chichester station, which is a minute's walk away. No breakfast available, but again that is probably commensurate with the price. The downside is the noise.... More
