I headed down south from Harwich for the Revivial in September 2012. I booked the cottage at Landseer House one year in advance on the 21st Sept. 2011. It was my last chance to get accommodation around the Revival for following year. “The last chance is a cottage near by Chichester”, I said to myself. There must be something wrong….... More

The nneds of guests were promptly and thoroughly attended to. The towels were so clean and fluffy you'd swear they bought new ones each day. The great breakfasts were served in a beautiful sunny breakfast room.

We were visiting the theatre at Chichester and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was very comfortable and classically decorated. Every detail is of a high quality from the coffee bags, biscuits, luxurious sheets and towels. Sarah was a great host and we had a good breakfast - especially nice to have the prunes and apricots. We look forward... More

A smart, pretty, clean and comfortable en suite room within this lovely house, overlooking a spacious and pretty garden. Lovely cooked breakfast to set you up for the day. A warm welcome by the very helpful Sarah. (She and Geoffrey weren't even phased by a policeman sitting in her dining room, taking a statement from us, following an unpleasant road... More

We stayed at the Landseer for a weekend in July. The house and garden are beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Sarah and Geoffrey were very welcoming and had plenty of recommendations on restaurants and things to do. We had a great time...could have stayed longer. Be sure and read the directions on their website...our... More

This was my second stay at landseet house and was even better than the first. As i was staying for four nights, Sarah very kindly put me in one of her cottages-how beautiful! Everything you could possibly want. I imagine if you were self catering then it would be really perfect-the kitchen is so well equipped and I am still... More

My husband and I came down to attend the Festival of Speed a couple of weeks ago. We had no idea at all what Landseer House would be like - even though we were reassured to see the lovely room and beautiful setting on their website. We had the most enjoyable time with this delightful couple and their lovely bijou... More

This was our second visit to Landseer House. We were welcomed warmly by Sarah & Geoffrey. It's still as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered. We were with friends who were "bowled over" with Landseer House. Rooms and breakfast were excellent! We saw a show at Chichester Festival Theatre and we will come bak to Landseer House the next time... More

We arrived jaded after a trying drive out of London to be warmly welcomed by our hosts Sarah and Geoffrey. Tea was immediately offered in the airy attractively furnished conservatory .Then , oh dear , a dress shirt for the evening party nearby had been forgotten. No problem 6 were produced to choose from. The evening was saved. Anything we... More
