Good value for this price. The process of check in and check out is quite convenient. Just 15 minutes walk from railway station. The shower water is hot enough. Although no kettle is provided, hot water can be collected downstaris.

The location and value for money is great. You can walk to the Bullring, New Street Station etc. It is basic but functional. There does seem to be a problem wtih the lifts - they are frequently out of service.

A really pleasing experience with great staff and comfortable room. Was a Saturday night and despite hotel being very busy it was relaxing. The two night receptionists were fantastic providing information to us regarding places of interest and their assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated!!
